When Agustin began working in the rebar construction business 10 years ago, he spent time on the job learning everything. Working his way to foreman, Agustin still values on-the-job learning and enjoys developing his team of 18 skilled rebar workers. His rebar team positions and secures steel bars in order to reinforce concrete - often climbing 30 feet in the air. Agustin stresses safety; "There's no room for risk-taking, above all be safe!"
