1340 Blondell Avenue
Bronx, New York
This 7-story mixed use building will provide affordable housing with 182 residences and 225 enclosed parking spaces in the Westchester Square neighborhood. It is a 216,941 square foot structure that in addition to residences will provide commercial and community space.
S. Falco Construction will provide foundation and concrete superstructure work for this project. Begun in May 2024, the project is making strong progress.
